Deanna Mears
Owner
Deanna started cleaning as a side hustle to pay for daycare in 2021. She was born in Nebraska, raised in Atlanta, and found her way to Chattanooga to pursue her degree in Paralegal Studies. She was a Paralegal for 18+ years before going out on her own and starting Ew, Cleaning LLC. Deanna has a son that was born in 2021. Ew, Cleaning has provided her with the flexibility to be a Mom, Wife, Daughter, Business Owner, and everything in between. She loves to connect with other moms and help them reach their own goals. She believes in supporting other small woman-owned businesses and giving back to the community. She has big plans for her business and believes she has the best team of moms to help her make that happen.
Becca Trayler
Office Manager
Becca and her family moved to the Chattanooga area in June 2022. For the last 20 years, Becca has worked in the corporate world as an executive director for a large non-profit organization, but she was ready for a change. Becca and her husband have five children. It is her desire to be able to spend more time with them and her extended family. It was through their move that Becca came to know about Ew, Cleaning. Deanna (owner of Ew, Cleaning) and her husband came to help her with their move-in cleaning. “They were so friendly and helpful and did such a great job that I knew this was a company that I wanted to be a part of”, says Becca. She is delighted to help Deanna take her small business to the next level and to make sure every client is satisfied with our cleaning services.
Ashley Foote
Marketing Manager
Ashley joined Ew, Cleaning in the spring of 2021. She is originally from Cape Coral, FL where she went to school for multimedia design, and moved up here with her high school sweetheart now husband. Ashley loves spending quality time with her family, including her two precious little girls. She enjoys experiencing new things and traveling to unfamiliar places. She is currently going back to school to further her education in the medical field. She plans to stay with Ew, Cleaning to help with marketing and to volunteer when we clean for “Cleaning for a Cause”. She enjoys meeting new moms and encouraging them to go after what makes them happy in life. She is grateful to help Deanna out by showing off her creative side, apart from working in the medical field.
Liza Froelich
STR Property Manager
Liza began cleaning for us in the spring of 2022. She wanted to join our team so that she doesn’t have to continue working multiple jobs. She wanted to be able to have a more flexible schedule and get out of debt. Liza brings over ten years of small business management, operations, and training to the team. She enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter (especially outdoors), traveling with them to visit new places, and visiting family across the country. Her goal is to make sure we are very detail-oriented with cleaning the STR properties to ensure the owners receive 5-star reviews every time.
Jessi Thomas
Residential Property Manager
Jessi recently moved here with her son from North Alabama. She joined our team in July 2022. She felt working for us full-time was best for her family as she was making more income than her other jobs. She loves having the opportunity to manage our residential cleaners and train them to do top-quality work. She is eager to build relationships with the local families of the Chattanooga and surrounding area. She hopes families will be able to spend more quality time together by allowing us to take care of their housework. She is thrilled to be a part of the team and is excited to grow with the company.
Ashley Carper
Commercial Property Manager
Ashley began working for Ew, Cleaning in July of 2022. She has experience in property management for Air bnb’s and Commercial cleans. She is currently in college for medical billing and coding. Ashley enjoys having the flexibility to be a mom of two boys (and a girl due soon), and a wife while still having time to work and focus on school. Spending time with her kids is what she loves to do most. Ashley didn’t know how precious time was with her kids and how she could better spend it with them until she joined Ew, cleaning! Ashley hopes to bring a brighter outlook on cleaning and help commercial spaces look their best.
